Leader movie review:
The story of Leader is based on dirty politicians where the hero takes stand to clean the system and dirty politics.

Movie Review: Ye Maya Chesave
The remainder of the story follows the Boy’s grit and journey towards achieving his dream of becoming an acclaimed film director, and that’s where the originality sets in. Sure, there are some moments that are disappointingly undernourished but they don’t outweigh the ones with sheer brilliance.AR Rahman’s soundtrack is magical, and together with the gorgeous imagery (M Paramahamsa, Rajeevan) it serves for a visual song of vulnerability, with a rhythm vaulting from discord to harmony and back again in vibrating organic-colored tones, as if the whole film were breathing on its own. ’Ee Hridayam’ in particular is extraordinary what with its swoony lyricism and unearthly vocals. Naga Chaitanya has evolved well post ‘Josh’, and has undoubtedly learned a lot from the maverick director Menon. Samantha’s character is not entirely convincing but her screen presence certainly is.
Final verdict? ‘Ye Maaya Chesave is a giddy delight. Its effect is intoxicating. Anyone in need of some superior escapism should see it straightaway.

yem maya chesavo review
Movie Rating : U/A
Casting : Naga chaitanya and Samantha
Music : A.R.Rahman
Lyrics : Anantha Sriram
Director : Gowtham Menon
Producer :: Manjula and Sanjay Swarup
Banner :: Indira Productions
Story Line :
A touching love story, the story begins with Karthik (Naga chaitanya) who is an aspiring director and when he applied to the college, he was on his efforts. His life changed when he saw Jesse (Samantha), the daughter of his owner. He is smitten by her and from then on, he begins to woo her. But then, not so Jesse moves to encourage not as she is a staunch Kerala Christian family, and moreover, she is older than Karthik. Karthik, but determined and not give up. At one point, she reveals her true feelings and just when things Karthik everything is in order, his life takes a turn. What is it turn? How will he handle it? all this forms the rest of the story
Presentataion :
The director has come up with a thoughtful romantic story and he has excelled in both his presentation and narration. The dialogues were simple but deep, the script was fabulous and the screenplay was top notch. Background score was a bit disturbing at times but overall okay. Two songs were good but the picturisation of them was excellent. Full marks to cinematography and the way each angle and moment is captured. The single shot scenes were exemplary. Editing was crisp. Costumes were stylish and decent, art department was highly creative. Naga Chaitanya did a good job for his role but he must get a bit easy on the soft emotions like tears. Samantha has ruled the roost and she will simply capture the young hearts. Krishnudu brought in some smiles, the others were regular and contributed as required.
What’s good ?
Since the promotion for the movie had started and till I’ve seen it, the buzz was always that the new Gautham Menon film is in town. It was not the new Naga Chaitanya film or anything else. And even after the film’s over, the director reminds us again that his films belong to him the most than any of his stars.
Half of the soundtrack composed by the two time academy winner was perfect for the mood and the montage in particular was a perfect fit.
The Puri Jagannath, Gautham Menon, Shimbu and other well inserted cameos were refreshing. And also the film in a film concept being put to good use.
What could have been better.
Gautham Menon could have explored a new genre of song making.
The occasional drags in the film should have been taken care of.

Conclusion:
The feel of the film is quite realistic and it is without doubt that eight out of ten people will relate to it. This is a journey of nostalgia and tender emotions and no exaggerations in saying that couple of scenes wrenched the heart. While the first half is more on the entertaining and lighter emotions side, the second half is serious and emotional but it is here that the film scores the best. The technical values and production values take the film to a new league and with few powerful scenes, the impact is much stronger. This is purely for the class and mature audience and it could be that a minimal percentage of masses may also connect with it. At the box office, this deserves a hit.

Review of Sadhyam Telugu movie starring Jagapati Babu and Priyamani
Director: Karthikeya Gopala Krishna
Rating:
Music by: Chinni Charan
Review-
Directed by Karthikeya Gopala Krishna this is a complete romantic and action packed movie. Here jagapati babu has an ambition and he can go to any extent to achieve his goals. In the long run of chasing his goals, he met Priyamani who is the leading actress in this movie. And well what to say about Priyamani, she is damn hot in this movie exposing more than ever. So, this movie seems attract a lot of youths. Not only Jagapati Babu, Priyamani will also be seen in the character of a girl who will be fighting to achieve her ambition.Music by Chinni Charan is neat with some good dance number also. Story and screenplay are by Shyam Manohar looks repeatative but anyhow decent. Dialogues penned by Shyam and Maduri Madhu are superb with some new one also. So overall a good romantic action packed thriller is ready to bedazzle you.

Maro Charitra 2010 Review
Producer : Dil Raju
Director : Ravi ( Hindi Race Director)
Rating : 1.5/5
What is it about?
A remake of Balanchander’s ‘Maro Charithra’ with a few changes in the basic premise material.
A remake of Balanchander’s ‘Maro Charithra’ with a few changes in the basic premise material.
Plot
Instead of a neighbor dispute between a Telugu and Tamil family like 1973 feature, the makers of this remake had set it up in the United States in which the Balu (Varun Sandesh) of this film is an NRI kid who knows very little Telugu. The two leads fall in love for no apparent reason and the rest of the tale is what most you already know. The parents disagree – the couple decides to prove their love by staying apart for an year – the acquaintances Balu and Swapna (played by new comer Anitha) have within this year and the end which is a little different from the original film.
What’s good?
NOTHING. Absolutely nothing about this film was even remotely bearable.
What’s not good?
From what you’ve read above you can easily deduce the answer to what’s not good. The screenplay to begin with. It was dull, slow, terribly clichéd and painfully brainless. The two and half hour movie seemed like more than half a day, a head aching half day. The camera work was talking to us constantly and it was saying only one thing : ‘I DON’T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT I’M DOING”.
The ‘not too bad’ songs were ruined because of unfit placement and brainlessness radiating song visuals. The background score was so over done that it had contributed a lot to the film’s overall foolish look. And to further extend this passage we have the costume department, their idea of dressing up people is definitely not of this planet.
The Acting.
Varun Sandesh seemed like one of those new female leads of a C-grade film who keep acting with their hands and make us laugh with every single gesture of theirs. His style would have worked if the film was a parody.
The new girl (Anitha) will be talked about for the next few weeks by all the poor souls who have been subjected to this torture of a film. Such a disastrous performance never goes unnoticed. In the midst of all this Shradha Das seemed like a Shabhana Azmi with an ‘okay’ presentation.

Synopsis.
One needs guts and a lot of patience to sit through this film. The film should have been rated as ‘RHB’ instead of ‘U/A’.
RHB – Restricted for Human Beings.

Story:
A stale tale, the story begins with Sandy/ Sandeep (Arjun) who is all set to go to America as he gets a job there. Though he lives a modern lifestyle, he is an idealist at heart and believes inarranged marriage. He also wants to have the marriage in the old age style for five days and waits until ‘Jeelakarra Bellam’ to see the face of the bride. He gets his dream girl in the form of Deepthi (bhanu) and on the wedding day, an incident occurs and Deepthi gets kidnapped. Sandeep figures out that the person responsible for this is Diwakar (arya).Who is thisDiwakar? Why did he take Deepthi away? What does Sandeep do to solve this problem? All this formsthe rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a flimsy storyline and both his presentation and narrative were a letdown. The dialogues were weak, the script was pathetic and the screenplay was annoying. Background score was good at places but two songs were worth humming. Cinematography scored only during songs but otherwise it was average. Editing was raw, costumes were impressive and the art department worked hard to get laudable appreciations. Coming to the cast, this will be a surprise for Allu Arjun fans, he is rather meek and not much fire is seen in him. Bhanu Mehra was just okay and is not worth the hype. Arya was effective but his role was not. Ashish Vidyarthi, Suhasini, Naresh, Vinaya, Anita, Nasser, Rao Ramesh had very brief roles. Brahmi was not required. Ahuti Prasad was wasted, the others didn’t have much to offer.
Conclusion:
The film created a lot of hype regarding its proper Telugu wedding and the heroine factor but both of them have turned out to be a damp squib. The film takes off on a wrong footing and there is no voltage in it. The second half gets further complicated and the final nail on the head is hit with the bizarre climax. Barring few places where the technical values are good, the film has nothing at all and the blame is completely the director’s. Despite having lavish budget and efficient cast, he has not been able to deliver a proper product. The film will not survive for more than two weeks.

Story
Betting Bangaraju (Naresh) is a well-off village lad whose occupation in life is to bet on anything and everything under the sun which leads to him being constantly ridiculed by the villagers. Due to this attitude, he is rejected on a marriage proposal since the girl believes that only city-boys are smart. Taking this as a challenge, Bangaraju lands up in Hyderabad to fall in love & get married to a city girl. After a couple of disastrous meetings with random girls, he bumps into Divya (Nidhi) & flips for her. The twist is when Divya brings all her four suitors (including Bangaraju) together for a week in her village since she wants her family to choose her groom. The second half is set during the seven days where Bangaraju wins the entire family over with his helpful antics while putting the other suitors out of the race with his smart moves. Needless to say, Bangaraju walks away with the girl with everyone’s approval.
What is Good: The comic scenes & witty one-liners between Naresh & other characters such as Krishna Bhagwan, JP & others evoke quite a few laughs. Naresh gives it his best shot since the role is tailor-made for him to utilize his trademark humor. The movie stays clear from double-meaning dialogues and fight sequences as well. The rest of the cast including Kota Srinivas Rao pitch in with good performances
What is bad: The movie relies too much on the humorous scenes in trying to keep the audience engaged & this is what drags it down. Though the movie has many humorous episodes, they are spaced out so much that you start losing interest in the interim. Apart from that, none of the songs stay with you while the heroine (Nidhi) is just about average.Me Thinks: It’s a one-time watch if you are Allari Naresh fan or if you are looking for a timepass movie!
Tailpiece: A Rayalaseema faction leader, a Telangana real-estate baron, a NRI chess grandmaster & our very Betting Bangaraju make up the four interesting suitors !!!
